Zeer tevreden. de Snuggy hood past perfect op mijn oude ezel als onderdeken in deze koude winter.
I had to clip my Haflinger’s belly. Since we’re dealing with double-digit subzero temperatures, I was looking for something that would cover his belly. He feels very comfortable in it. The material is excellent, and I can highly recommend it.
I initially had to exchange one item, and that process was smooth and uncomplicated.
We’re very happy.
I absolutely love the Snuggy hood brand, quality is always exceptional. I have however found the sizing of this item tricky as I had a 6’3” previously for my 15:3h TbxCob, I tried it on my 16.2h I/D mare and felt it was far too small so bought this rug, a 6’6”(even though she’s in a 6’9” outdoor rug)
I tried it on and it looked perfect. The only issue I have is that it keeps riding back making it so tight on the wither and chest, so I have to pull it forward a couple of times a day. But it does keep her lovely and clean with the snug belly wrap around. A bit of an inconvenience but worth it to keep her nice and clean. 🤗

Try making the surcingle shorter (a temporary fix to check it works is to tie a couple of knots in the far end). If this does work, a more permenant fix is to shorten it by either folding a tuck in the far end or by cutting it off, cutting off a couple of inches and re-stitch.

perfect fit, even for my broad chested draught mix. No more flapping loose ends in the wind, and a clean belly now. For him I chose the right size, one size smaller would not have fit around the chest.
