Fitting advice - this product must be a close tight fit !! Straps must pull up between hind legs fastening high up either side the tail. If rug is either too long or straps are too long the sheath cover will collect urine/droppings. Any concerns, check with us first, sending photos for us to check

Consejos de ajuste: este producto debe quedar bien ajustado. Las correas deben levantarse entre las patas traseras y sujetarse bien arriba a ambos lados de la cola. Si la manta o las correas son demasiado largas, la funda acumulará excrementos. Si tiene alguna inquietud, consúltenos primero y envíenos fotos para que las revisemos.

Great product
Brilliant - best thing I have purchased . I’ve had trouble trying to keep my 35 year old Welsh section D comfortable when the flies come out because they bother around his sheath with the horror of maggots last year. So far the sheath cover has been brilliant . My only recommendation would be for the belly part of the bug rug to be detachable as he’s a bit wary of me putting it on with that section dangling down but he’s getting used to it. Seriously considering a second purchase for my daughters pony x
Great product for horses with sarcoids on their sheath
I ordered a rug with sheath cover in anticipation of my pony having surgery to remove melanomas from his sheath as I knew fly season was looming. I requested a quick turnaround as I didn’t have much notice of the op.
I can’t believe how fast the order was turned around and delivered. It’s a bit of a mission to get the rug on the first few times but it’s getting easier. The sheath cover is doing its job and the vet is very pleased with how he is healing. He was also very impressed with the rug as a solution to keeping the flies off the wound.
My only suggestion for an improvement would be to use a darker material for the mesh as white is very unforgiving for showing stains!

I purchased two of these along with the bug body fly rug as my old boy had fly strike on his man bits and then had wasps landing there. This has all but eliminated this - the occasional small fly does get in - but on the whole it’s done the job brilliantly . Wish I’d known about these earlier on in the Summer.
