Royal Mail Delivery delays - update 11 Jan 2025

We are sorry to report that many orders placed during the Boxing Day/New Year sale, are currently stuck in transit with Royal Mail. 

We are unaware of what is causing this delay but it seems to be affecting orders dispatched 3/6/7 Jan. 

We are asking customers to contact us on Monday 13 Jan - after their regular post delivery - with your order number, to enable us to compile a list to report to Royal Mail. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this delay is causing but please rest assured we will do all we can to speed up delivery. Unfortunately there is a process we have to follow. 

Fingers crossed this issue will be sorted asap.
