Summer Turn Out Hood

Bought the summer turn out hood for my mare who developed sweetitch last year. She was rubbing her face raw and wouldn't keep normal face masks on but this has been great. Her face is healing and she seems to tolerate it really well. I chose the summer one instead of the sweet itch one as need to put eye drops in her eyes regularly due to a different health issue and this makes it easier. I've just ordered a 2nd one in the sale

I ordered the Snuggy hood with neck which arrived and was ok but I then realised I could have ordered the exact same thing but with eye protection. I phoned and spoke to Becky who told me to return it to them and she would send me out the replacement. Very quick service and also answered all my questions. It was easy to order to Germany. Everything is well prepared by Snuggy Hoods, the order, the payment, the shipping, paying taxes in Germany. The order came safe and was beautiful packed. My question afterwards was answered immediatly (excuse german school english). The hoods are great!
