Important attachment information
Attachments are required to use this product.
Our rugs do not include udder, sheath or leg cover attachments as standard.
If you buy the Udder Cover with a compatible rug, we will add the necessary attachments for you.
If you buy the Udder Cover on its own, you will receive an attachments pack containing Velcro and instructions showing how to machine sew the attachments onto your rug.
If you plan to use the Udder Cover with a rug other than a Snuggy Hoods Sweet Itch Rug or Bug Body, you must ensure that the rug has a well-fitting belly cover and is suitable for the required attachments to be machine sewn on.

My mare would not survive the summer without your products!! There are no products available in the USA that even come close. Your whole body coverage can’t be beat.
The Snuggy Hood fly sheet when it actually fits, meets all my expectations. Unfortunately for my Icelandic mare who normally wears a 5'9" blanket, I followed the suggestions and sized it down. Bad choice, the fly sheet I received was way too small, even allowing it to stretch out a day. Returning it at that point was no option as it was dirty just from trying it on and wearing it over night. I ordered her a second fly sheet matching her actual blanket size and it was PERFECT. My guess is that if you have a horse at the lower end of the spectrum for blanket size, and they are a draft type build, you probably should not go down in size. Horses at the larger end of the spectrum end up with a garment that has way more material and way more stretch. Even so, you probably can go down in size for a slender horse or one with a thinner neck and narrower chest, but think twice if you have a beefy build in the neck and chest.
Now that I have the correct size for her, I extremely happy with the bug protection that she now has.
Seit wir die Snuggy hoods Decke mit Euterschutz haben, gibt es keine offenen Stellen mehr am Euter! Perfekt 👌🏻
well made and comfortable material, appreciated the spare bits of materials so I can fix if we get a hole.
