Was a bit doubtful how this would go- packing up my 3 hoods to be restored to usefulness by new velcro and repair. I was so impressed when they were promptly returned good as new! Rarely are my expectations exceeded however on this occasion this was absolutely the case- thank you so much Snuggy Hoods - gold star!
Excellent service. I returned my hood for a zip repair. I didn’t mention a small tear in the fabric, when it was returned with a quick turn around, not only did it have a new zip but the tear had been beautifully repaired as well. Five star service.
I love these products because they are so well designed and functional for horse comfort and human need management. My horses seem to feel comfortable with the stretchy material not restricting their shoulders and are kept fly free in summer and less muddy in winter. The repair service makes the rugs economical too because they last for years.
Took 3-4 weeks for my rug to be repaired and come back (I had actually forgotten I had sent it) but overall I am happy with the result
