I've always been nervous about my mare wearing a Snuggy Hood dure to hearing stories about horses being blinded by them etc. I am so glad I took thr plunge and bought ome. ! It has been an absolute game changer and with the weather going as cold as it is, I can relax knowing she is toasty sadm. The fit is the key and thankfully mine fits perfectly.
Just bought as a Xmas present for myself and I love it fits very well amazing quality. I have a 16h cob x Clydesdale and I bought a size large. I will definitely be buying more in the future .
This hood is the best Christmas pressie ever! I asked my son to buy it for me (I ordered it and he gave me the money for it). My mare who’s a bit of a drama llama thought she couldn’t breathe with it on her face, kept snorting which was very funny, but has now settled into wearing it very comfortably. The only area she now gets some mud is just around the eyes, I can cope with this! This is such a good product, my livery yard owner has already bought one for her daughter’s young event thoroughbred and I’m going to order another one! Thank you for this marvellous product x
Cheers and happy new year
Hello snuggly hoods,
I brought my daughter the turn out hood for Christmas, well that's a bit of a fib?! actually I brought it for her horse Bear, although she suffers terribly with the cold I’m not sure she would be able to make use of a 16’3 horse shaped base layer… but you never know!
Any way I digresses… bear hates with a passion having his face and especially his ears brushed which is unfortunate when you have a full time passion off rubbing your face in the mud!
He now comes in from the field clean and mud free and no drama having to fight the wild beast to brush those ears!
Thank you for such an amazing product!
I have nick named him snow dog cause no offence to you guys but he looks like he has socks on his ears and they wonder out to the field but it’s cute and not your fault his ears are maybe small for a warm blood ?! But we won’t tell him that he might cry and we all know horses can be dramatic at the best of times!
We all love the turn out hood thank you so much
Nikki, Abbi and Bear xx
