These are confusing and heartbreaking times for us all and as the COVID-19 situation evolves, we all at Snuggy hoods want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to contain the situation, our priority being the guidelines being presented by the Government ensuring the safety and the well being of you, our colleagues and family and of course our beloved horses, ponies and donkeys.
Our online store is open as normal with no current delays on dispatch (bar those sale orders of which you will have already have been notified in a separate order confirmation email). Royal Mail has assured us that it is business as normal for them for UK orders. Both Fed Ex and DPD will be doing their best to get any EU and worldwide orders to you without delay.
We hope that this provides you with reassurance. We remain vigilant in making our procedure and protocols as rigorous as possible in line with the World Health Organisation and will continue our commitment to offer first class service.
