Delivery Information
United Kingdom
Orders are dispatched to UK addresses using a standard Tracked 48 Hour Royal Mail service.
Standard delivery to the UK is charged at £3.50 for smaller parcels and large parcels are charged at £5.95
A UK Priority Shipping option is available for orders of ‘in stock’ items only. UK Priority is a FedEx - (next business day) service available for £7.99. The following postcodes are not eligible for UK express: AB, EI (ZZ75), FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE.
All customers choosing the "Priority Postage" option on orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays or when the office closed -ie between Christmas and New Year), will have their parcel dispatched that same day using Fed Ex (or Royal Mail 24 tracked if their postcode is excluded from the Fed Ex next day system - ie Highlands, Islands and Northern Eire). All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.
All efforts will be made to deliver any priority parcel the next working day however Snuggy Hoods cannot be held responsible for any interference to the postage service. Delays can be caused by adverse weather, adverse traffic and other unavoidable situations. In this instance, deliveries will be made as soon as humanly possible.
Snuggy Hoods aim to dispatch stock items within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) after the order was placed, subject to product availability. We will aim to dispatch Made to order items such as Alterations, out of stock items, Sheath and Udder Covers and Made to measure items within 14 days.
Please allow 14 days for dispatch of orders placed during clearance sales, special offers or end of season sales as these are very busy periods.
No orders will be dispatched on Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays – unless by prior arrangement at extra cost to the customer. You must inform us as soon as possible if your parcel has been delayed or damaged in transit.

Republic of Ireland Orders
Standard delivery up to 1kg to Ireland is charged at £9.95.
Express delivery is available for £16.95 this covers all parcels over 1kg and those who wish for a quicker delivery.

UK VAT will be removed from your order at checkout once you have added/changed your country to the address details. You will be expected to pay local rate VAT and duty on arrival into Ireland. The courier will more than likely contact you prior to delivery to arrange this. Please be aware of this.
European Orders
Standard delivery to the EU is charged at £19.95 for smaller packages. Large packages are charged at £24.95
Total delivery charge will be calculated and shown in your basket and at checkout. If you would like a quote prior to ordering please contact us.
UK VAT will be removed from your order at checkout once you have added/changed your country to the address details. You will be expected to pay local rate VAT and duty on arrival into the EU. The courier will more than likely contact you prior to delivery to arrange this. Please be aware of this.
American Orders
Standard delivery to the US is charged at small packages will be charged at a rate of $25, medium packages $35. Large packages are charged at $50.

Standard delivery to the rest of the World is charged at £29.95 for smaller packages. Any medium packages will be charged at a rate of £35.99. Large packages are charged at £49.95
