Lightweight Rug Liner

The Lightweight Rug Liner creates a soft, silky layer between your horse and their rug, helping prevent rubbing and chafing across the withers, chest, shoulders, body and hips while promoting coat shine.

Formerly known as the Petticoat Rug, it is suitable for use beneath any stable or turnout rug, all year round.

• Lightweight, silky fabric for comfort and coat protection.
• Loops for surcingles and leg straps to help keep it in position.
• Machine washable, helping keep your outer rug cleaner and reducing the need to wash bulky rugs.

Choosing your size

The fabric is not stretchy, so choose the larger size if your horse or pony is between sizes. See our size guide and fitting advice for help.
