Meet the Team
Marilyn
Marilyn is the founder of Snuggy Hoods having realised a need for quality 'Equi-undies' at affordable prices here in the UK almost 30 years ago.
She started manufacturing Snuggy Hoods and Silky Bibs in the attic of her house in Box Wiltshire, supplying local businesses such as Wadswick Country Store and Pointings Saddlery on Bath Racecourse.
Now retired, she still takes an active part in developing new products – offering her small stud of show ponies as willing models.
Becky
Becky returned home from London in 2001 to join Mother Marilyn in expanding Snuggy Hoods.
Between them, Becky and Marilyn moved the business out of the Attic and onto the Midlands Industrial Estate in Holt where they have moved (bursting out of the seams) of 2 other units finally settling at unit 1.
Having 3 children, Max, Charlie and Eugenie, Becky spends time between the unit, school run and home. Becky and her daughter Janey have several show ponies, including superstar Lolli and exciting young pony Marv, out on the show circuit where Becky is regularly picking up ideas and tips for improved/new products.
Chloe
Chloe Robinson is the Sales Manager at Snuggy Hoods. She is also busy managing the social media pages and other sales channels such as eBay and Amazon. Chloe also manages the Australian website.
Having graduated from Sparsholt College in 2012 with a 2:1 in Equine Studies, Chloe brings a wealth of knowledge of the equestrian industry to Snuggy Hoods. Chloe started her career within the Estate Agency world and was keen to transfer her sales and marketing skills into the Equestrian Industry, you shall more than likely see her on all of our Trade Stands.
In her spare time Chloe enjoys to be out in the countryside whether it be producing young horses, showing, show jumping, walking the dogs or out shooting. She has two cheeky little Jack Russells named Scooby & Reggie who are often on Post man watch from the Snuggy office and three young horses Skye, Ronnie & Ozzie. Her wonderful, previous horse Aramis (Snuggy model!) was SEIB Search for a Star Riding Horse Champion at HOYS 2016 with Chloe, an achievement they are immensely proud of!
