Product Description

**Blue/Pink sheep fleece being listed 27 November 2024 for delivery w/c 2 Dec**

A soft, polar fleece version of our increasingly popular Headless Hood. Lined through the mane and shoulder with a silky fabric and elasticated behind the ears with velcro adjustment for a good fit and coverage right up to the ears even when the neck is extended down to eat.

The Headless Jams Hood is self-fixing so fantastic for use under any stable rug to keep your horse's neck warm and cosy this winter without the worry of covering the face. Use with the Snuggy Jams Rug for complete coverage and ultimate winter warmth.

There is the option of a zip for ease of fitting which runs from top of neck underneath to chest. Without the zip the Hood is ‘pull on’ so simply slipped over the nose and pulled back into position.

ZIP OR PULL ON ? - we would always recommend a pull on hood unless the horse is head shy. Why? Less fiddly, Less to break, Less Bulky. If your horse is head shy or would find fitting stressful or upsetting, we would always recommend a zipped hood.

Top Tip: Use with the matching Jams Rug and Fleece Boots to create a cosy Onesie for your horse or pony.

NOTE - these hoods are made to order and can take up to 14 days to dispatch!

My best horsey buy of 2022

I have wanted to buy a headless snuggy hood for ages and did admittedly look for cheaper alternative. ( I can clarify the cheap ones are thinner and rip, don’t fit comfortably because they only do 3 sizes and rub your horses mane out as well as sliding down the neck into a big scrunched up mess)
Finally I caved in and thought I’ll buy one… best horse Pjs I’ve ever bought & my horse had asked Santa for the full rug! They are super soft and lined so no mane rubbing! Load of sizes so my great big long 17.2 doesn’t look like his wearing his little brothers clothes! They don’t slip down & are super warm and cosy. I wish I bought one sooner. I think my horse is grateful for his new Pjs in this cold weather! Highly recommend!
