Product Description
All sizes and colours Due back in stock Mid-end November 2025
A soft, polar fleece version of our increasingly popular Headless Hood. Lined through the mane and shoulder with a silky fabric and elasticated behind the ears with velcro adjustment for a good fit and coverage right up to the ears even when the neck is extended down to eat.
The Headless Jams Hood is self-fixing so fantastic for use under any stable rug to keep your horse's neck warm and cosy this winter without the worry of covering the face. Use with the Snuggy Jams Rug for complete coverage and ultimate winter warmth.
There is the option of a zip for ease of fitting which runs from top of neck underneath to chest. Without the zip the Hood is ‘pull on’ so simply slipped over the nose and pulled back into position.
ZIP OR PULL ON ? - we would always recommend a pull on hood unless the horse is head shy. Why? Less fiddly, Less to break, Less Bulky. If your horse is head shy or would find fitting stressful or upsetting, we would always recommend a zipped hood.
Top Tip: Use with the matching Jams Rug and Fleece Boots to create a cosy Onesie for your horse or pony.
NOTE - some of these hoods are made to order and can take up to 14 days to dispatch!

Hi
I love the product which I had the zip
Fitted for easy to put on and off
I found it quite uncomfortably tight when Velcro is completely fastened up
When they are the black Velcro flaps are hard and dig in
I use this with just the zip up
Thanks Lisa, pop it through the washing machine as this will immediately soften up the velcro over the entire hood. Hope this helps.
The quality is very good. Unfortunately it is a bit too tight for my Icelandic mare ( size M). I hope it will stretch out a bit more. So I think if you have a horse with a lot of mane it might be good to get a bigger size than recommended.
Great fit, quality and style and as the seller described.
