Orders are dispatched to UK addresses using a standard Tracked 48 Hour Royal Mail service.

Standard delivery to the UK is charged at £3.50 for smaller parcels and large parcels are charged at £5.95

Please note if selecting the priority postage option during a sale period, you will still need to allow 7-10 days for dispatch due to us dealing with high order volumes, all priority postage orders will be prioritized and dispatched in date and time order to make it fair to everyone.

All customers choosing the "Priority Postage" option on orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays or when the office closed -ie between Christmas and New Year), will have their parcel dispatched that same day using or Royal Mail 24 tracked.  All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Your order will then be delivered on the next working day (Mon-Fri). Some services run on a Saturday, but this cannot be guaranteed.

All efforts will be made to deliver any priority parcel the next working day however Snuggy Hoods cannot be held responsible for any interference to the postage service. Delays can be caused by adverse weather, adverse traffic and other unavoidable situations. In this instance, deliveries will be made as soon as humanly possible.

Snuggy Hoods aim to dispatch stock items within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays) after the order was placed, subject to product availability. We will aim to dispatch Made to order items such as Alterations, out of stock items, Sheath and Udder Covers and Made to measure items within 14 days.

Please allow 7-14 days for dispatch of ALL orders placed during clearance sale THIS INCLUDES PRIORITY POSTAGE, special offers or end of season sales as these are very busy periods.

No orders will be dispatched on Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays – unless by prior arrangement at extra cost to the customer. You must inform us as soon as possible if your parcel has been delayed or damaged in transit.

Following the recent tax law changes that our USA customers have encountered, we have
managed to change our system settings, enabling us to collect duties on your
behalf and send the parcel DDP (delivery duties paid). This means that you will
not be required to pay anything extra upon delivery.
