The Lightweight Rug Liner (formerly Petticoat Rug) is a made of a soft, silky fabric which helps prevent rubs or chaffing on withers, chest, shoulders, body & hips. Suitable for use under any rug, all year round, the Lightweight Rug Liner also creates coat shine.

*PLEASE NOTE* The Lightweight Rug Liner sizing is not generous as the fabric is not stretchy so if your horse/pony is between sizes choose the bigger option.

Love the lightweight rug liner. I went up a size - usually 5’6 but went for a 5’9 as no stretch to material - perfect fit, lightweight easy to wash and dries quick too. Only little quibble like most have said - the surcingle straps are slightly in the wrong place for my rugs so I just use one strap. Seems to work well. Xxx

Rug liner bought recently and is doing its job a treat, keeping rug lining clean …and the liner is so easy to wash and dries in just a few hours!
Only negative (hence 4 stars) is that my boy has managed to make a small tear near a loop fastener…but then he’s a bit of a thug!
